Performing the Institution(al) - volumes 4 & 5 documents Kunsthalle Lissabon’s fourth and fifth year of activity, which happened between 2013 and 2014. Volume 4 features solo projects by Mona Vatamanu & Florin Tudor, Jonathas de Andrade, Leonor Antunes and Amalia Pica. Volume 5 shows solo exhibitions by Patrizio di Massimo, Musa paradisiaca, Petrit Halilaj and Mariana Castillo Deball. Besides the words don’t come easy artists conversation series, the book also includes new essays writtenby Chris Sharp, co-director of Lulu space in Mexico City, and Marina Fokidis, director of Kunsthalle Athena in Athens.
